1. Eligibility
To participate in the Staffwiz Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active online presence or network relevant to business, staffing, or entrepreneurship. Staffwiz reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to promote Staffwiz services in a professional and ethical manner. Misleading claims, spam, or unapproved marketing tactics are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must use the official marketing materials provided by Staffwiz unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Referral Process
A referral is considered valid when submitted through the official affiliate form or tracked via the affiliate’s unique referral link. Only referrals that result in a qualified client signing up with Staffwiz will be eligible for commission.

4. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn commissions as outlined in the Staffwiz Affiliate Program details.

Payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold.

Staffwiz reserves the right to withhold payment for invalid, fraudulent, or canceled referrals.

5. Term & Termination
This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party. Staffwiz may terminate an affiliate’s participation immediately for violation of these terms, misuse of brand assets, or unethical conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability
Staffwiz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or reputational impact related to participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.

7. Modifications
Staffwiz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
